A properly covered Siberian duvet will not require cleaning very often, perhaps once every four or five years. Your duvet can be dry cleaned, though washing with water and a mild cleaning solution, specially formulated for down, is the recommended method. Don't add a fabric conditioner as this may coat the duvet covering and will hinder the drying process.
Dry your duvet on the line in the shade or tumble dry on a low temperature setting to allow for maximum loft. Ensure that you dry your duvet thoroughly to avoid any mildew forming.
